DOCUMENTAIRE DE PRÉSENTATION DU PROJET

The Caracol Park is a project sponsored by the Government of Haiti, the United States and the Inter-American Development Bank, to spur investment and create thousands of jobs in the northern region of Haiti.

The industrial park offers 250 hectares of full-service industrial space for light manufacturing activity, in close proximity to the U.S. market. The anchor tenant is Sae-A, a leading Korean apparel company that is investing over $70M in apparel and textile manufacturing to create 20,000 jobs in one of Haiti's economically disadvantaged regions.

The industrial park will be the first of its kind in Haiti, offering a globally competitive environment with state of the art waste water treatment facilities, modern earthquake and hurricane resistant factory shells, dedicated and consistent power supply onsite and dormitories and recreational facilities for workers. The Caracol Park project has been meticulously planned in partnership with the communities of the North and diligent attention to civil works and the environment.
